A women-led organisation and football club, founded in Nairobi in 2025.
Why we exist
Women play a central role in families, communities and national development. Yet mothers still face real barriers to jobs, education, leadership, skills, healthcare and a platform to be seen.
Baby Mamas was founded by mothers who decided those barriers would not define them. We build safe, welcoming spaces where women grow, connect, learn, lead and give back.
Football sits at the heart of it. It builds health and confidence, grows networks, develops talent and changes how communities see women.

Our motto means touch and go. Play the ball, keep moving, and don't let anything hold you down. It's how we play and how we live.

From our constitution
We, the members and founders of Baby Mamas Organisation, recognizing the important role women play in families, communities and national development;
Acknowledging that women and mothers face various challenges in accessing economic opportunities, education, leadership, skills development, healthcare, social support and platforms through which they can realize their potential;
Believing that motherhood should never be a limitation to a woman's dreams, talents, career, education, leadership or personal development;
Recognizing the importance of creating safe, inclusive and supportive spaces where women can grow, connect, learn, lead and contribute to their communities;
Further recognizing sport, including football, as a powerful tool for women's empowerment, health, confidence, networking, talent development and social transformation;
Committed to promoting dignity, equality, inclusion, integrity, accountability, self-reliance and sustainable community development;
Do hereby establish this Constitution as the governing document of Baby Mamas Organisation.
